Albert Heath “Colonel” Carlton, 87, of Urbanna passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. He was the son of the late Leroy and Oleathia Carlton, a retired Electronic Technician from the U.S. Navy with twenty years of service and the widower of Nancy Carlton.
Survived by his brother, L. M. Carlton, Jr. and many cousins.
A graveside memorial service with military honors will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Topping, VA.
