Obituary for Amy Sue Jackson

Amy Sue Jackson, daughter of the late Henry and Grace Jackson of Warner, VA went to be with God on August 3, 2019 after a long and valiant battle with cancer. Born on August 24th 1956, Amy is survived by her family: her sister, Mary Jackson Loving and brother-in-law, Danny W. Loving, of Urbanna, VA; her sister, Charlotte Jackson Ughetto, and brother-in-law, Richard Ughetto of Bryson City, North Carolina, as well as her nieces and nephews, Dana Ladd, Loren Loving Marquez, Haley Ughetto Cardwell, David Loving, and Jeffrey Ughetto and many beloved great-nieces and nephews as well as her best friend, Catharine Milby, and caregiver Heather Wright.

A lifelong resident of Middlesex County and member of Forest Chapel Methodist Church, Amy loved plants and flowers, animals, and people. She will be remembered for her selflessness, her bravery, her kindness, her friendship, her dedication to her family, and her quiet strength and love.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda, VA with visitation one hour prior to the service.
