My thoughts and prayers are with Etta and Lillian, you both have lost a wonderful, loving, faithful husband/father. Knowing David was a blessing and he will be missed. He now has his Angel wings looking down on his family and will always be there with you. Love you both.

I remember so fondly sitting around a table with David and a few close friends as we dreamed of, and launched, the Chesapeake Chorale. David had an infectious smile that he struggled to contain on stage, and his impishness was something to look forward to every time I saw him. It's been years since I got to, but his legacy obviously lives on in his beautiful family and the seeds of joy and grace he planted around him. Godspeed friend!

David and I worked together at the Sheraton in Harrisonburg during his JMU days. He was a fantastic and fun loving person. Will cherish my memories of DT always. Alice Reichard
