Delores Arlene Sibley Wright, 69, of Urbanna passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, November 11, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marie Lawson Sibley; and her sisters Ruby Hogge and Lorraine Rainier and brother, John A. “Bubba” Sibley Sr.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, John “Johnny” Wright, Sr.; her son, John Wright, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Traci Wright and granddaughter, Samantha Wright; her daughter, Denise Wright and granddaughter, De’jah Wright and grandson, La’miney Robinson; four sisters, Elsie McLaughlin, Laura Mae Willis, Jean Kennard, Barbara Sadler, and many other extended family members and friends.

Delores worked at BB&T Bank for 37 plus years and was also a dedicated member of the Urbanna United Methodist Church and touched many lives in a caring and unforgettable way. The family will hold a memorial service at Urbanna United Methodist Church at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 14, 2020.
