Obituary for Ethel Kehm
Ethel (Jeannie) Kehm, 88, of Tappahannock, Virginia passed at her home in September 11, 2022. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Richard Kehm and daughter, Kelli Purvis. She is survived by her son, John Manning; daughter, Toni Hughes; six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Born in Prospect, Ohio on March 11, 1934, Jeannie was the oldest of eight children. Jeannie worked many jobs in her life but was best known for running the local bookstore (Book’n) with her husband, Richard, a children’s clothing store, and as a Walmart Greeter.
Jeannie loved her family, books and to talk to people. She would talk to anyone and everyone about anything.
There will be a private service at a later date.
Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
