Lloyd C. Apsley, 89, of Topping, passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at his residence. He retired in 1991 from the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority as a District Supervisor. Lloyd was the son of the late Deward C. and Ruby Hall Apsley and was also predeceased by a brother, John P. Apsley. A special thank you to the wonderful ladies that cared for him, KaDesha Lee, Michelle Lee, Minnie Evans, Elaine Henry and Patsy Lawson. Funeral services will be held in Harmony Grove Baptist Church on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
