Obituary for Lorraine Robinson
Lorraine Joyce Robinson, 77, of Dunnsville, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023. She enjoyed spending her time painting, making ceramics, and doing crossword puzzles.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew James Sarlis Sr. and Mary Lenor DeBaugh Jenkins; and sister, Andrea Lenor Reynolds.
Lorraine is survived by her husband, Rowe Robinson Jr.; sons, Joseph B. Lewis Jr. (Jennie), Jonathan Robinson; daughters, Linda Wilson, Christina Bloom (David); brother, Andrew James Sarlis Jr.; sister, Christina Schools; grandchildren, Joseph B. Lewis III, Richard Glenn Angel (Holly), Joseph White (Sonya), Aaron Wilson, Kayla Cook (Franklin), Elana Wilson (Kevin); six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family wishes a special thanks to all her caregivers, hospice, Sarah Sorrell, and Dr. Robert Briggs.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Marks-Bristow Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Ephesus Baptist Church, Dunnsville, VA. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
