Obituary for Margaret Lorean Smith
Margaret Lorean Smith, age 71 of Saluda VA, went to be with her Savior on May 1, 2022. She loved gardening, cruising to the Caribbean, bird watching, dogs, and spending time with her family.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Milton Smith Sr. Survivors include her daughters, Tammy Foster (Tim) and April Hawker-Smith (Sabine); sisters, Beth Laleman and Donna Parker (Jeff); a brother, Wayne Laleman; grandchildren, Devin Hawker (Amber), Andrea Townes, Steven Townes Jr, Shawntia Noble (Keith), Timothy Foster Jr, Tre’ Beaty (Erica), and Anthony Lewis; and 19 great grandchildren.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Middlesex Pet Friends for Life at P.O. Box 145, Saluda, VA 23149.
