Obituary for Millard C "Connie" Carlton Jr.
Millard C. Carlton Jr. (Connie), 88, died on February 23, 2021 at his home in Adner, Va. Survived by his wife, Frances H. Carlton; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Joseph Lenderman; and grandson, William Carlton Lenderman.
He was preceded in death by parents, Millard and Ruth Fetterolf Carlton; and brother, Clyde Carlton.
He was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He worked at Chesapeake Corp., West Point, Va for 42 years. After retiring, he helped Charles Rich farm for 15 years. He loved his family, farming, bird hunting, and fishing.
He was a member of Forest Chapel UMC where he served in many capacities.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm, Friday, February 26 at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda. Interment will be at Forest Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm, Thursday, February 25 at the funeral home. Please be advised that current state-mandated guidelines will apply to all in attendance, including social distancing and appropriate face coverings.
