Obituary for Thomas Milton Smith
Thomas Milton Smith, Sr., 73, of Saluda, went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Sentara Williamsburg Hospital. He was born November 17, 1945 in Water View, VA to William Thomas Smith and Betty Vernelle Colley and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He loved truck driving and had worked for C.P. Anderson Trucking.
Survived by his wife, Margaret Lorean Smith; step-daughters, April Hawker-Smith and Tammy Foster; a sister, Edna Edwards and a brother, Harold Smith; aunts, Lena Sickle and Elva Langford and a great uncle, Tuck Colley.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 15, 2019 in Hermitage Baptist Church, 94 Wares Bridge Road, Church View, VA.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 11835 Canon Blvd., Suite A102, Newport News, VA 23606. Arrangements by Faulkner Funeral Homes, Bristow-Faulkner Chapel, Saluda.
